This is a clock ⏰ and this is a watch ⌚ (you wear it on your wrist). They've got hands, usually three, but not like these: ✋✋
When the long hand (minute hand) points to number 6, we say it's half past... (or it's ... thirty).
When the long hand (minute hand) points to number 3, we say it's quarter past... And when it points to number 9, it's quarter to...
